Chevrolet Blazer EV |
|
|
After its introduction in 2024 the all-new all-electric Chevrolet Blazer EV SUV carries over with minimal changes for 2025. |
The Blazer EV is available in two trim levels, the LT is only available in all-wheel drive while the RS is available in both all-wheel and rear-wheel drive. The Blazer EV is powered by 1 or two electric motors that produce 557 horsepower and Chevrolet claims this SUV can take you from 0-60 in under 4 seconds. The 85-kWh battery pack is capable of a range of 279 miles.
The Blazer EV is available with a ton of options, but even the most basic Blazer EV comes pretty-well equipped. Standard infotainment features include a 6-speaker stereo with a 17.7-inch touchscreen, Bluetooth audio streaming, voice commands, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and SiriusXM satellite radio, 5 USB charging points and an 11-inch screen for the driver. Additional standard features include a rearview camera, 19-inch alloy wheels, LED daytime running lights, LED taillights and headlights.
The Blazer EV RS gives buyers a bunch of other features with a power liftgate, roof rails, auto dimming heated power folding side mirrors, 21-inch alloy wheels, an auto dimming rear view mirror, heated and cooled power front seats, driver seat memory, ambient lighting, dual-zone climate control, a garage door transmitter, wireless device charging, and a heated steering wheel.
Standard safety features across the lineup including rear parking sensors, active lane departure, active blind spot, forward and rear collision mitigation, and front pedestrian detection. |
The Blazer EV is Chevrolet's answer for the competitive mid-sized electric SUV segment, but with a lower-than-average starting price. SUVs are by definition expected to be versatile and offer owners with a myriad of uses hauling stuff, getting to work every day, and driving through the woods on a weekend excursion. |
